Bolleystrasse 9 in Zurich is a striking example of Art Nouveau architecture, thoughtfully revitalised through an extensive renovation.

To reflect the dialogue between heritage and contemporary living, I developed a typographic concept that pairs a classic serif with a modern sans-serif.

Alongside the sales documentation, I was given the opportunity to photograph all the rooms in the four flats once the renovation work had been completed.
